SHELEST is a countryside retreat in the forest of Kyiv region’s Vyshhorod district, close to a Dnipro bay and the Kyiv Reservoir. It welcomes couples, families and groups of friends, and provides spaces for meetings and celebrations.
The resort has a European cuisine restaurant and room service. Breakfast is included in the accommodation price and served as a buffet. Leisure facilities include outdoor pools during the swimming season, including a children’s pool and a riverside pool, a bathhouse, a hot tub, massages and spa treatments.
Guests can use the outdoor workout area, mini football pitch and bicycles, or explore the surrounding forest on foot. Families have access to a playroom with activity staff, a children’s menu and babysitting by advance arrangement. Business events and private celebrations can also be hosted at the resort.
Dogs are welcome under the resort’s pet policy; size restrictions and charges depend on the accommodation selected. There is an underground shelter on site.

Check-in From 15:00. Early check-in: 00:00–10:00 costs 100% of the room rate; 10:00–15:00 costs 50%. A passport and full payment for the stay are required at check-in.
Check-out By 12:00. Late check-out: 12:00–19:00 costs 50% of the room rate; after 19:00 costs 100%. Notify reception at least 24 hours before an early departure.
Cancellation For standard bookings of up to 9 rooms/houses, cancel or reschedule at least 7 calendar days before arrival. For 10 or more, the deadline is 20 days. The public offer sets a 10-day deadline for holiday dates; promotional rates are non-refundable. Late cancellation and no-show prepayments are non-refundable. Children Children aged 0–3 stay free. Charges for older children depend on age and accommodation; confirm current terms when booking. The playroom with activity staff is open daily 09:00–21:00; children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
Extra beds Children’s supplements in hotel rooms do not include an extra bed. Under the public offer, houses provide an additional sleeping place for children aged 7–11 and guests aged 12 and over. Confirm availability and charges when booking.
Age restriction Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, legal representative or a person authorised by them, with a birth certificate and documents confirming representation. Guests aged 14–17 require notarised parental/representative consent and a passport, plus a copy of the passport of the person granting consent. See sections 4.11–4.13 of the public offer.
Pets All accommodation options welcome dogs. Hotel rooms accept 1–2 dogs up to 40 cm at the withers; Hutir accepts dogs of any size. The charge is UAH 1,000 per day. Family House welcomes dogs of any size without an additional fee. Cats are not accepted. Dogs must be on a leash in shared areas and are not allowed in swimming pools. Confirm the terms for your booking with the hotel: the PDF public offer contains stricter size restrictions and charging terms.
Groups Business events, conferences and private celebrations require advance arrangement: event@shelest.ua. For bookings of 10 or more rooms/houses, cancellation or rescheduling without forfeiting prepayment must be arranged at least 20 calendar days before arrival, subject to the exceptions in the public offer.
Good to know After 22:00, use headphones for music. Outside food and drinks, fireworks and hazardous substances are not permitted. Commercial and wedding photography require prior approval. An underground shelter is located in the spa building’s basement, with an entrance near reception.
