About the event
Glacier Fitness & Wellness Club is the largest multi-purpose fitness and wellness club in the region, set on the hotel's 11th floor with a 360° mountain panorama.
Group and private yoga classes take place on the open panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains: hatha yoga, shavasana, breathing exercises and meditation.
Besides yoga, the club runs group programmes such as functional training, Pilates, stretching, TRX, body sculpt and mind & body, and also offers kinesiology and massage.
