The hotel has three Glacier Sky SPA complexes, each spanning two floors: Four Elements, Elysium and Calm. Elysium features a saltwater pool and a wood-fired sauna, while Calm offers a panoramic pool, a hammam and a salt room. Four Elements is for adults only. Check-in Check-in is from 15:00. Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. Identification is required for every guest, including children, together with a completed guest registration form. Early check-in must be arranged with the hotel and is charged separately.
Check-out Check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out after 12:00 and until 23:00 is charged at 10% of the daily room rate per hour and must be arranged with the hotel.
Cancellation Conditions depend on the selected rate. Under the hotel’s standard terms, cancellation at least 7 days before arrival is free of charge; for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or a no-show, the first-night prepayment is non-refundable. The non-refundable rate requires 100% prepayment, with no refund for cancellation, no-show or a shortened stay. Separate terms apply to group bookings.
Children Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 5 and under stay free in their parents’ room when no extra bed is required. Children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. Please provide the ages of all children when booking.
Extra beds A cot for children aged 5 and under is available free of charge on request. An extra bed for guests aged 6 and above costs UAH 3,500 per person per night, or UAH 4,100 per person per night from 30 December to 5 January. The number of cots and extra beds depends on the apartment category and availability. Please arrange this with the hotel; charges are payable separately.
Age restriction The minimum age for independent check-in is 18. Guests under 18 may check in only with a parent or legal guardian.
Pets Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. Cats and small dogs of breeds permitted by the hotel, weighing up to 9.5 kg and measuring up to 45 cm at the shoulder, are allowed, with a maximum of two pets per room. The fee is UAH 900 per pet per night. A veterinary passport, vaccination records and a signed pet responsibility agreement are required. Arrangements for guide dogs must be agreed separately.
Groups Bookings of more than 5 rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional charges. Payment and cancellation terms for group bookings are agreed with the hotel and specified in the contract.
Good to know Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs, is prohibited in rooms and hotel premises. A charge of 50% of the daily room rate applies per violation.
