What is included in the room rate?
Regardless of the room category, the room rate includes access to the SPA area featuring four saunas (Hammam, Finnish sauna, Roman bath, and steam bath), a salt room, a relaxation room with real hay, a multi-sensory shower, Jacuzzi, outdoor summer terraces with sun loungers, two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool with a relaxation area, a children's playroom and kids' pool, a fitness center, breakfast, and a shuttle service to the ski lifts during the winter season.
Can I stay with my pet?
Yes, pets weighing up to 5 kg are welcome. An additional pet fee of UAH 1,000 per stay applies.
What swimming pools do you have, and are they all heated?
Our hotel complex features three swimming pools: two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. All of them are heated, with the water maintained at approximately +30°C and +32°C during the winter season.
What is the depth of the swimming pools?
The indoor swimming pool is 1.4 m deep and is open year-round.
The outdoor pool at the Fomich building is 1.5 m deep and is also open throughout the year.
The outdoor pool at the Burshtyn building is 1.5 m deep with an infinity-edge design. It is open until the end of November, depending on weather conditions.
What is the difference between the "Fomich" and "Burshtyn" buildings?
The Burshtyn building is the newer of the two and is home to the hotel's SPA area.
The Fomich building houses the reception, and breakfast is served there daily in a buffet-style restaurant.
